This is a family friendly cottage that is situated behind a 2-family home. This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is about a block from the beach. Sleeps 6 people. Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2- bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and a trundle with twin mattress. There is a futon in the cottage as well as an inflatable twin mattress. There are window unit air-conditioners in each bedroom. You will have your own private sitting area located on the front porch. There is a common area with a grill and patio set. This property has a shared laundry room with coin-operated washer/dryer. We supply coins/soap for one load for your stay. There is a smart tv (no cable), free WIFI, board games, iron with ironing board, all linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) and towels included. Fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and coffee. 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are included. Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent. No large gatherings or parties. Loud noise past 10pm will not be tolerated as per town ordinance. Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking/vaping inside cottage. Please note: There are 2 families that live on this property in the front house and use the driveway to access their front door. Driveway can be used to unload belongings only. A parking pass is provided for your stay with ample parking adjacent to the cottage.

Additional Cottage Rules:

1. Check-in time is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am. (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean at that time.

2. Must be 25 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their children.... parents must stay on-site at all times.

3. No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time.

4. Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. No additional overnight guests allowed.

5. No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if a pet enters the property.

6. No smoking/vaping inside the cottage or on porch. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. A $500 fee will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the cottage or porch.

7. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or persona belongings.

8. Be mindful of making noise in the cottage at all hours due to the fact there are 2 families that live on this property and have small children. No loud noises outside past 10pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors.

9. This cottage is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises.

10. Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for you safety and to safeguard our property.

11. No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property. (*exception: the dining table. The table is pushed against the wall. You may slide the table out to accommodate your party.)

12. We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach chairs and the umbrella is meant to be used on the beach and returned back to the plastic shed. Please remember to keep the shed locked at all times. A fee of $50 per beach chair, and umbrella will be charged if they are not returned.

13. No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. NO PROMS!

14. One parking pass will be given. The parking pass is good to park at any metered space throughout the town except any of the parking spaces on Ocean Terrace, any street end off of Ocean Terrace, the townships paid public parking lots, handicapped spaces and purple heart parking spaces. a fee of $400 will be charged if the parking pass is not returned. If you have more than one vehicle there is free parking on any 30th block of Seaside Heights. There are also meters you pay to park at throughout the town and privately owned lots you can pay for as well for that additional vehicle.

17. Please do not bring food into the bedrooms.
